Conducted an internal audit of the engineering and infrastructure footprint for a children's movement and learning platform used in millions of classrooms. Simplified systems, redesigned the data architecture, and scaled what stayed — saving the company over $500,000 per year in operational cost.
Built a new UI, full design library, and CI/CD pipeline for a client product — shipped in six weeks, under budget. End-to-end: design system, component library, deployment automation, and the production rollout.
